Cancellation Policy
Happy Feet Dance Studio Booking & Cancellation Policy (2026) At Happy Feet Dance Studio, we value your time and the dedication of our instructors. By booking a service or redeeming a promotional bundle/coupon, you agree to the following terms. 1. Standard Cancellations & Rescheduling (48+ Hours Notice) We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any change to be eligible for a refund or credit. Paid Bookings: Eligible for a refund (minus the non-refundable 3% admin fee) or a full studio credit. Bundle/Coupon Redemptions: If you used a coupon from a 2025 Promotional Bundle (e.g., Black Friday/Holiday Sale), you will receive the instance of service back in your account. No cash refunds or monetary credits will be issued for promotional bundle redemptions. Rescheduling: You may move your booking to a future date at no cost with 48+ hours' notice. 2. Mid-Window Changes (24 to 48 Hours Notice) For changes made between 24 and 48 hours before class: Partial Credit: You may be considered for a partial studio credit or a partial "instance" return depending on the service type. Communication: You must contact us via phone at 647-209-9444 or email at info@happyfeetdance.ca to request this. 3. Emergency & Last-Minute Changes (Less than 24 Hours) Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking are considered "Late Cancellations." Eligibility: These bookings are not eligible for a refund or a return of the bundle coupon. Emergencies: We review genuine emergencies on a case-by-case basis. 4. Promotional Bundles & Holiday Coupons (2025 Series) For clients redeeming 6-class bundles purchased during our 2025 Black Friday and Christmas sales: Value of Refund: Any eligible refund for a bundle-based booking will be issued as a class credit (1 instance of service). No Cash Value: Coupons and bundle credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency or applied to retail products. Expiry: Ensure your bundle is used within the 2026 season as per the original terms of sale. 5. Administration Fee A 3% administrative fee applies to all transactions. This fee covers payment processing and is non-refundable in all circumstances, including 48-hour cancellations 6.
